Our method

A curated agency, not a job board.

We are a curated recruiting agency, not a job board: there are no open applications, and candidates and employers are never put in direct contact without consent and founder approval.

Direct hire across United States locations.

Hotels, resorts & multi-property groups

Our primary focus is fixed-salaried executive and management recruitment for luxury hotels, branded resorts and hotel management companies. Rooms, guest experience, revenue, sales, food and beverage, culinary, restaurants, bars, banquets and events are integral departments; independent hospitality businesses remain secondary. Candidates may live anywhere; US work authorization and any employer sponsorship are considered individually, never promised.

Employer-paid, consent-led introductions

Candidates never pay. Employer success fees are 10–18% of agreed annual fixed base salary, proposed 20% at named hire placement agreement / acceptance and 80% after 90 continuous days; signing and billing remain blocked pending approval. Tips, bonuses and variable pay are excluded. Both applicable agreements, candidate-specific sharing consent and founder approval precede identity or CV disclosure.

The agency is not the employer of record, does not run payroll or sponsor visas, and makes no immigration promises. Recruiting in each new jurisdiction requires licensing and regulatory review. Legal issuer, DBA and applicable licensing verification remain pending; agreements are Draft for counsel review.
