The candidate decides. We introduce a candidate to a specific employer only after the candidate has agreed.
What happens
- When we have an opportunity, you review it and decide whether your profile may be shared with that one employer.
- We keep your name, contact details and CV with us. An employer first sees only a summary prepared by our founders.
- Your name, contact details and CV are shared with an employer only after you have agreed to that introduction and a founder has approved it.
What you get
- It is free. The Hiring Circle never charges candidates, at any stage.
- You can ask us to stop at any time by contacting us, and we will not make new introductions.
