THE HIRING CIRCLE is the proposed trade brand / DBA of MULLER MANAGEMENT CORP. DBA registration and current entity/jurisdictional status remain unverified. Salaried direct-hire hospitality recruiting is limited to New York City and Miami. The agency does not employ workers, process payroll, sponsor visas or promise immigration outcomes. Candidates never pay placement fees.
Processing and optional materials
Provide truthful relevant information for human-reviewed recruiting. Optional portraits and supporting documents are not required for placement. Uploading a photo requires the separate presented affirmative consent; no protected-trait evaluation is authorized.
Separate introduction permission
Each sharing request is tied to a specific job/match. You can accept or decline that request. Mere interest in a role, profile visibility, draft acknowledgement or general account creation is not authorization to disclose identity/contact/CV. Disclosure additionally requires the applicable signed employer and candidate agreements and founder clearance.
Withdrawal and records
Use privacy controls to withdraw sharing consent, correct your profile or request export/deletion. Future portal disclosure stops when consent is withdrawn, while lawful copies already received cannot be recalled. Signed/audit records may be retained under reviewed legal obligations or holds. This page is not a live e-sign agreement; signing remains paused pending legal/entity verification.
