The Hiring Circle: recruiting scope & process

Boutique, human-reviewed direct-hire recruitment for salaried hospitality professionals. This is a factual service summary, not a list of vacancies or a promise of employment.

Who the service is for

Hotels, resorts and large hospitality groups are our primary clients: luxury properties, branded resorts, multi-property operators and hotel management companies. Searches span property and regional leadership, rooms, guest experience, revenue, sales and marketing, hotel food and beverage, culinary, banquets, conferences and wellness. Restaurant, bar, catering and event roles remain integral departments, with independent hospitality businesses a secondary focus. United States locations are supported, subject to jurisdiction-specific licensing and regulatory review before recruiting. Roles must have an agreed annual fixed base salary; hourly roles are outside the service scope. Candidates may reside worldwide. Employers assess lawful work authorization individually.

How introductions work

  1. Employers describe a salaried role; candidates share professional experience and preferences.
  2. Founders manually review job-related information. Automated candidate ranking is disabled.
  3. Candidate identity, contacts and CVs stay private before clearance. Both applicable agreements, candidate-specific sharing consent and founder approval are required for disclosure.
  4. The employer makes hiring decisions and employs the successful candidate directly.

Fees: employers only

Candidates never pay. No payment is due at account creation or a private hiring request. Proposed employer placement fees apply to the entire agreed annual USD fixed base salary: 20% at candidate-specific placement agreement signature / acceptance of the named hire, and 80% after 90 continuous days of employment. Tips, bonuses, benefits and variable compensation are excluded.

  • Below $40,000: 10%
  • $40,000–$59,999.99: 12%
  • $60,000–$99,999.99: 15%
  • $100,000 and above: 18%

Example: $120,000 annual base × 18% = $21,600 total; $4,320 initial, $17,280 after 90 continuous days. $80,000 × 15% = $12,000 total. These percentages apply to the entire salary, not marginal bands.

These are fee tiers, not advertised job salaries. Commercial proposal only, not proof of legality. Attorney review of employer agreements and jurisdiction-specific licensing, advance-fee, refund and guarantee rules is required before signing or invoicing. All legal terms remain Draft; signing, invoicing and payments are blocked.
