We are a curated recruiting agency, not a job board: there are no open applications, and candidates and employers are never put in direct contact without consent and founder approval.

Defines the search
Shares a salaried role with job-related criteria: responsibilities, location, annual base salary range and required or preferred qualifications.
02 · The Hiring Circle
Screens by hand
Our founders review candidates against those criteria and approve only those who fit. No algorithm sends profiles automatically.
03 · Candidate
Gives consent
The candidate reviews the opportunity and decides whether their profile may be shared with that specific employer.
04 · The Hiring Circle
Introduces selectively
Identity and CV are shared only after both applicable agreements are signed, the candidate has consented and a founder approves.
05 · Employer
Interviews, offers & hires
The employer runs interviews, makes the offer and hires directly. Where eligible, the employer — never The Hiring Circle — sponsors any visa.
Our standards
