STEP 05 OF 05 · EMPLOYER
Interviews, offers and hires
You take it from here. You interview, make the offer and hire directly. We are not the employer of record and we do not run payroll.
What happens
- You interview the candidate and decide. Hiring decisions are yours alone.
- You make the offer and hire directly, on your own terms.
- If a hire needs visa sponsorship, the employer decides and handles it with its own immigration counsel. The Hiring Circle does not sponsor visas or provide immigration services.
What it costs
- Nothing before a placement: no retainer, no subscription.
- The fee is a percentage of the candidate agreed annual fixed base salary: 10% under $40,000, 12% from $40,000, 15% from $60,000, 18% from $100,000.
- 20% of the fee is due when the candidate and the employer sign the employment agreement, and 80% after the candidate completes 90 days.
- If the candidate is not retained at the end of 90 days, the 20% already paid is an advance toward the replacement, and we carry out the replacement.
Example: $80,000 base salary, 15% fee = $12,000
20% = $2,400
