STEP 04 OF 05 · THE HIRING CIRCLE

Introduces selectively

An introduction happens only when these conditions are met. If one is missing, nothing is shared.

  1. 1

Founder review: a founder has reviewed the profile against the brief

  2. 2

Candidate agreement: the candidate has agreed to this introduction

  3. 3

Employer terms: the employer has agreed to our confidentiality and placement terms

  4. 4

Founder approval: a founder approves the introduction

Introduction: identity and CV shared with that one employer.

What happens

  • Founders check the conditions for the candidate and employer.
  • The employer receives the candidate's name, contact details and CV.
  • The employer agrees to keep candidate information confidential and to use it only to evaluate that candidate.

What you get

  • Selective introductions, not mass forwarding.
  • The candidate is introduced only to employers they agreed to.

No agreement, no introduction.
