FAQ for schools and students
Is there any fee for the school or for students?
No. Employers pay our placement fee. Candidates never pay, and schools receive no fees or commissions.
Are you an official partner of our school?
Only if a written agreement is in place. Until then we contact institutions as prospects and never use a school’s name or logo as an endorsement.
Do you sponsor visas or arrange J-1 programs?
No. We are a direct-hire intermediary only — not an employer of record, staffing agency or immigration service. Employers decide on any sponsorship, and eligibility for any visa category is never assumed or guaranteed.
Who employs the student?
The hiring employer directly, under its own contract and payroll.
What can our career office see?
Aggregate counts (registrations, completed profiles, shortlisted, interviews, placements) for students who chose to share progress. Small numbers are hidden.
Do students have to say which school they attend?
No. School and academic background are optional and can be updated anytime.
