Scope and no candidate fees
Candidates never pay a placement fee. Keep nonpublic employer/recruiting details received through authorized introductions confidential and use them for the permitted hiring process.
Limits and exceptions
No blanket noncompete, restriction on lawful job searches, penalty for declining a role or obligation to pay employer fees is proposed. Counsel must preserve lawful public/independent information exceptions and protected reporting, legal advice and rights.
Privacy and specific sharing
Review the privacy notice and respond separately to each introduction-specific sharing request. Confidentiality acknowledgement is not data-sharing permission. Optional photo consent and any future background-check authorization remain separate.
