We aim for accessible recruiting experiences, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the technical target. This is not a declaration of conformance, ADA certification or a completed independent audit.
Access and known limitations
Keyboard navigation, readable contrast, form labels, mobile layouts and dialog focus are reviewed during development. Uploaded CVs, employer-supplied documents, PDFs and third-party authentication may have accessibility limitations. A comprehensive assistive-technology and PDF assessment remains pending.

Use the authenticated Report a concern form, select Accessibility and describe the page and barrier; do not include passwords or sensitive medical information. Requests are saved for founder review and are not claimed sent by email. Signed-out users can use the contact page for the current contact status; the mailbox is not yet verified active. Accessible alternative intake and reliable public contact delivery remain launch prerequisites.

Owners must record test date, findings, remediation and independent review evidence in Compliance Center. ADA applicability and effective communication duties require counsel review.
