STEP 01 OF 05 · EMPLOYER

Defines the search

You tell us who you need, in your own terms. A short guided brief replaces a job board posting: nothing is published, and no candidate sees it until we have reviewed it.

What happens

  • You create a free account and complete four setup stages: company, property, contact and your first brief.
  • The brief is eight short questions: department, role and number of openings, city, salary range, start timing, work authorization and a description of the role, then a review before you submit.
  • You state a salaried role with an annual base salary range. Our fees are calculated on that base salary, so the range is part of the brief.

What you get

  • A saved brief you can follow from your Positions page: Submitted, then Founder review.
  • A founder reads it before anything else happens. Registration and briefing cost nothing; a fee applies only to a placement.
  • The brief stays private. It is never posted publicly.
