    They create a free candidate account and are hired for a salaried role through us.

    Get rewarded after verification

    Once every check is complete and a founder approves, your reward becomes payable.

Two levels of rewards — never more

If Alex is hired: you can earn 2.5% of Alex's fixed annual salary as the direct referrer.

If Sam is hired: Alex can earn 2.5% as the direct referrer, and you can earn 2.5% as the second-level referrer.

If there is only one referrer, only that referrer receives 2.5%; no extra amount is redistributed. You can refer unlimited people, but each hire rewards only the two nearest referrers.

Common questions

When do I get paid?
Only after a real placement: the referred candidate is hired, completes 90 days of continuous employment, the employer's placement fee has been collected, and identity, tax and legal checks pass with founder approval. Rewards are not guaranteed and depend on legal clearance and eligible jurisdictions. Candidates never pay anything.
Does it cost anything to refer or join?
No. Candidates always join free, and rewards are funded from the employer's placement fee — never from candidate wages.
What can I see about my referrals?
Your private referral dashboard shows your link, invite counts and coarse progress only where the referred person has expressly consented. You never see salaries, employers, CVs or application details without their permission, and they can withdraw visibility at any time.
Full eligibility and terms
