Refer an employer

Know a hotel, resort, multi-property group, restaurant, bar, club or events business hiring salaried managers, chefs or directors? Introduce them with your private link from your dashboard.

1. 1. Share your private employer link (found in your dashboard).
2. 2. The business creates a normal employer account and submits a private hiring request. You never see that request or any candidates.
3. 3. Founders confirm they are genuinely new to The Hiring Circle. Existing clients, self-referrals and duplicates don't count.
4. 4. Only their first placement can qualify, after the hire completes 90 continuous days and the employer fee is actually collected.

Referral Commissions

Reward amounts will be published once legal, tax and licensing review is complete. Until then, no reward is promised.

Payouts are not active. Any reward also requires tax/payee verification and founder approval. Candidates never pay.
