Reward rule
Proposed final rule: the direct (level 1) referrer of a placed candidate may receive 2.5% of that candidate's agreed fixed annual base salary, and the person who directly referred the level 1 referrer (level 2) may receive a separate 2.5% of the same salary. Maximum 5% per candidate placement. No payout at level 3 or beyond, although referral chains may continue. Example: $100,000 placement, level 1 $2,500 and level 2 $2,500; with no eligible level 2, level 1 receives $2,500 only.
Missing or ineligible referrers
If no eligible level 2 referrer exists, that 2.5% is not reassigned, rolled up, redistributed or paid to anyone. If no eligible direct referrer exists, no referral reward is paid. Self-referrals, circular chains and late or altered attributions are blocked; founders may disqualify attributions for documented fraud or ineligibility.
When a reward could become payable
Nothing is earned or payable until the hire is validated after 90 continuous employment days, the employer placement fee is actually collected, compliance and tax eligibility is confirmed and founders explicitly approve. Payout processing is not active. Rewards are paid by The Hiring Circle and never by candidates, who are never charged.
Privacy
Referrers see counts only. Progress of a person you referred is shown, in coarse privacy-preserving form, only if that person explicitly allows it and may withdraw permission at any time. Names, contacts, employers and CVs are never shown.
Counsel review
These terms are a draft. Regulatory, tax, employment-agency and fee-splitting review by qualified counsel is required before any public reward promise or payment.
